The National Weather Service in Monterey has canceled the fire weather watch and upgraded to a Red Flag warning at 9:47 this morning above 1,000 feet.  The warning includes Napa County and portions of the Mendocino National Forest in northeast Lake County as well as the east bay hills.  Here is the warning.

This morning at the Hawkeye RAWS site, the relative humidity had plunged to 10% with wind gusts from the NNE from 29 to 35mph, with a temp of 78f.

Winds on the SR plain are gusting to 12 from the NW, NW winds to 17mph in Healdsburg, gusts to 11mph from the NE in Cloveradale.
