It’s the first major holiday of the season, even though none of us get halloween off.  That doesn’t stop several thousand Sonoma County kids from dressing up in their favorite character, throwing a party and parading around school.

Just so you know, shooting pictures in an elementary school classroom after a party consisting of cupcakes, cookies and various other confectioners creations is somewhat of a challenge.

To be fair, Robert L. Stevens Elementary School teacher Susana Yavorsky had her third graders dancing to Latin music; they were having a great time.  As all children should.
